About Me! Who Am I?


Hi I’m Colleen.  

I’m a healthcare provider and I’m also an empath and a highly sensitive person.  I know how discouraging it is to be so tired and exhausted that you feel like life is passing you by.  I felt like that for many years, even while successfully running my practice.  

I was so tapped out at the end of the day that all I could do was crash on the couch, with my energetic border collie pestering me for a walk.  I canceled plans with friends and hardly ever went out - this was so hard because I’m a social person!

Ultimately I had to learn tools to manage my empathic and sensitive nature which I believe was making it so much harder to heal and to thrive.  But I’ve successfully addressed my chronic fatigue syndrome, Hashimoto’s (autoimmune thyroid disease), chemical sensitivity, and other chronic infections and I now have the energy to do what I want in life - it’s no longer passing me by.
